Through marathon bibs, endless finish lines, water stands and a mobile podium, the Del Playa Marathon employed the cues and props of a real marathon to create a faux marathon experience on Del Playa Drive on a friday night. Any and all pedestrians were invited to have a bib pinned to their back, to run, walk or skateboard through a finish line, and to pose on the podium.
